Ritmo OPS reads photos of supplier delivery notes and the messages your team writes in group chats, and turns them into posted documents: goods receipts, write-off acts, transfers between locations and production acts. Your staff keep working the way they do now; you just review and confirm. We integrate with your management system.

In the location's group chat
The day's messages are collected into one act, which posts itself in the evening.
Photo, PDF or chat message. Reads lines, per-line and global discounts, and reconciles the footer even with several VAT rates.
If the total doesn't match the document, Ritmo says so and picks the 4 / 10 / 21 rates that make it match. Packaging taxes are kept separate.
The supplier's wording is linked to your item once, and the rest of their notes fill in by themselves.
Waste, staff meals and tastings are written in the chat as usual. One act per location per day, with its write-off account.
One message creates the outgoing note at the sender and the incoming one at the receiver — at cost or with a markup.
The bakery writes what it baked: ingredients are deducted by recipe and the finished goods are booked in.
